For Autumn, the weather seems to be a tad warm. I was expecting it to be a bit brisk but you can walk around without a jacket and you wouldn’t feel cold. I decided to wander around downtown and took some pictures of the area. I’ve even managed to visit a few places that I’ve never been to. This was taken in a parking lot on Jarvis St. between King St and King William St.

I found this vine growing outside my front window. I’ve never noticed it before and from what I can tell, it’s actually clining onto the brick. It’s slowly growing up the wall and taking shape of the window sill. I’m not sure of its rate of growth but it’s got a long way to grow before reaching the the top.

I’m not sure if autumn has started yet but it looks like this plant is getting ready for it. It’s a little odd to see only one leave is a different colour. I’m not sure if it’s common for this plant to be like that but it’s different.

It rained so lightly today that I didn’t even know it was raining at all. Jenn and I were inside removing wallpaper in preparation for a new coat of paint. When we went outside, we saw this on the rose bush.

These are purple Alliums that are sitting on my front lawn. They bloom every spring which is nice since I don’t have to do much to take care of them. They get watered when it rains and that seems to be enough.

Things got so cold that last night that ice was forming on the window.. from inside the house.
