HSR sucks ass!

I used to hate the HSR, now I hate it even more! They’re so freakin’ slow! HSR limo my ass!

I left my house at 2pm, in the afternoon, and got to Gore Park by 2:15. I had to wait 15 minutes for the 25 Upper Wellington to Limeridge. By the time the bus got to the bus stop, there must have been millions of people waiting for it. Well, not literally millions, figuratively millions. Everyone’s rushing to the door, pushing and shoving. And there were ladies with their baby carriages and handicapped people with their wheels chairs. This bus was packed but I managed to find a seat by the lady with the baby.

The ride was fine until we had to stop to pick up a lady in a wheel chair. I don’t wanna sound mean or nothing but when someone in a wheel chair comes on board, 4 or 5 other passengers have to give up their seat so they can park their wheelchar in that spot. It’s bad enough that the bus is packed but letting someone with a wheelchair onto the bus during a rush is a bad idea.

They already have a set of wheels, why don’t they keep riding their wheelchairs to their destinations or wait for a bus that’s not as loaded. Can’t be that hard, it’s not like they have to walk a few blocks or nothing. Or maybe they can call Darts for a ride. Isn’t that what they do?

So anyway, I get up to Limeridge around 2:45 and already I’m short for time. If the bus ride down was going to be as long as the bus ride up, I was gonna be late for work. So quickly grabbed what I needed, didn’t really have time to second guess anything, juss grabbed it and paid for it.

When I got outside, the bus was there, but the driver wasn’t. So for 15minutes, me and a whole whack of people stood in the boiling hot sun, waiting for the bus driver. Where was he? Turns out, he was at Tim Horton’s grabbing a coffee, knowing full well that it’s rush hour. It was around the time that students would be getting out of school, meaning that the bus is gonna be packed on the way to downtown.

Sure enough, that was what happened. The bus was packed from all the passenger that got on a Limeridge plus another load of students. Luckily for me, I got a seat and that’s where I sat… quietly… minding my own business and staring at my watch. Because it’s now 3:30 and the bus hasn’t come close to downtown. I didn’t get off the bus until 3:45 and I speed walked to work. And I juss made it too.

Nothing ever goes right when I take the bus. And it’ll get worse in the winter because it seems like the bus always leaves as soon as I’m crossing the street!
